Disability and Specially Adapted Equipment
We have supported many customers with specific individual needs since we started in business 17 years ago.
We have many customers who require specially adapted equipment. We set the complete system up in our workshop and can ship it to any destination or deliver and install on site. We install ink cartridges, toners etc. and set up all of the software on the equipment, and even register the software for the user.
The customer doesn’t need any IT knowledge other than plugging it together and turning it on, and if that is too difficult we can talk them through it.
We can provide training and support in Dragon Naturally Speaking and can help the user to get maximum results from the software.
We supply everything from big key keyboards, trackerballs, touch screens, sip and puff switches or whatever the user requires. We have supplied complete business solutions too, with voice operated telephone systems, call transfer, dialling and more. We have users with varying disabilities including hypersensitivity, multiple sclerosis, learning difficulties, sight impairment and dyslexia to name just a few.
